Triple Beam Pizza - Los Angeles

Went to Everson Royce Bar for the launch of Field Recording's Cloud wine where Triple Beam served an event signature pizza. It was a Peaches Burrata pizza with a shishito pepper salsa verde, walnuts, and a triple beam peach jam. This pizza was the perfect spice-to-sweet ratio with such intricate flavor pairings and textures. This pizza was absolutely delectable and the best summer harvest pizza, 10/10. For the most unique twist, the crust was what I presume to be gluten-free, considering my stomach isn't aching and that it was very flaky, almost like a pastry.

Drove al the way from ElSegundo and got there at 10:30 to find out they were closed when it says they are open til 11:00, i guess I don't have to come here anymore

This is easily one of the best pizza places in Los Angeles. The service is absolutely incredible and everyone is so kind and helpful. The acorn squash and mushroom pizza are 2 of my favorites consistently. I love that you can order by the slice or by pizza size! Both locations are truly great!!

Amazing pizza. I loved the mushroom and leeks pizza. I added sausage and it was superb.
