What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
The staff is generally professional at this restaurant. My only complaint is that for the past three days in a row, they have not been opening until 11 o'clock. I made the mistake of placing a mobile order at 10:10 and had to wait until 11 to pick up my order. I was informed by the staff that the order was not in the system and had to be placed again, without a refund. I recommend waiting to order through the app to... View all feedback.

The cashier (I think her name was Jennifer) charged me more for bean burritos. When I showed her the prices on the menu board, she ignored me and quickly walked away from the register. I was surprised and confused.

Despite this inconvenience, I am giving this restaurant a 5-star rating because of the excellent service and professionalism shown by Mr. Juan. He clearly knows how to treat customers well. He was so kind that he felt bad for delaying our meal even by a second. I also observed him handling another customer who was using his t-shirt to cover his face with the same level of professionalism. While I may not visit this restaurant again in the future, I commend Taco Bell for employing such professionals.
If they are comfortable and happy at some places like restaurants or almost food or places that they offer their needs that they always love to go there. I would like to thank them. esther she is one of those people who feel good makes her meals the kind and wise she asks, and she is so respectful and so professional that I hope one day she becomes a owner of taco bell’s. I wish her and her family happy new year and much health and happiness and success. thank you.
Horrible service. RUDE manager was not willing to address the issue.. I ordered the new chicken sandwich taco and was very excited to eat this new item and when it arrived it had like 8 pieces of jalapeño and a tiny burnt piece of a little nugget. I went in and they didn't offer to assist and said that's how they come. Really? Taking them to corporate..picture below
