What Manuel Montiel doesn't like about Sultan:
An older gentleman walked in, and instead of handing me my order, the cashier attended to him by serving chicken soup and then went to get him pita bread. Meanwhile, another customer placed an order, and the cashier was also taking a phone order. Eventually, she called my name, but then had the nerve to ask if I had already been charged. Food is amazing but please fix your uber eats breakfast and lunch menu. Will update to 5 stars once it is fixed
Two coworkers and myself stopped in for a quick bite to eat and found this place to be very inviting, tranquil and clean. I'm saying this because DTLA can be very dirty, as well as visually unappealing to some, however Sultan Chicken was our oasis amidst the kaos of everyday life in LA. Plus the food was hot, delicious, and delightful to our wallet, stomach palate... It was a pleasure.... Thank You.Kid-friendliness: Saw happy kids and parents ?Wheelchair accessibility: The front door was appropriate and could easily be entered by wheelchair, tables were high enough to accommodate a person in a wheelchair as well.

I used to eat there all the time then I moved a bit further from the restaurant.. Few months the menu appeared in front of me and it said delivery..so I called and ordered..taste is still the same, excellent..very tasty to theveye as well and a FULL plate..Basically excellent value for a super tasty bite.Oh ... and I wanted to add that the delivery was super fast..the food arrived hot..
Ambiance: very bright and spacious inside, open grill kitchen along with the dining areaService: very busy during rush hours, super friendly and patient with ordering, though it might take a while to get foodFood: variety choices on menu, from breakfast and lunch special to sandwiches, pita wraps and salads, and lunch special includes cabbage salad and rice Beef Shish Kabob chewy and tasty, recommend Lamb Kabob flavorful skewer, recommend Pita served with lunch combo, a bit too dry Hummus served with lunch combo, creamy, recommend Price: very affordable prices and generous portions, about $20 per person for a very fulfilling meal
