we went to shin with a family group. we loved everything! the menu is interesting and eating delicious. some ordered ramen and were happy about their decisions. I had sushi and the spider role and was very happy with it. portions are generous, service is friendly and the restaurant is beautifully decorated and very clean. a true jewel and a new family lover. the food was excellent. Never been there. read some good reviews. we were in the opposite who decided to eat in shin. the sushi was great! had fantastic fog soup, excellent rolling and the sampler plate selected from the chef. could not have been better. we will return. View all feedback.
We really enjoyed this place, we loved the food, the sushi was excellent and fresh. We thought the staff and service were wonderful and we were fortunate to have met and spoke with the owner, Tim Ratcliff, truly a wonderful, down to earth man who cares about his restaurant and its quality. If we didn't live in OC, we would dine regularly at Shin's.
Good food at a decent price. Love the waitress cube that lets them know you need them to stop by. Cool tech

Excellent quality sushi! Extensive choice of sake pairings. Service was outstanding!
I brought my mom here who was visiting me! She loved the ramen as it was authentic and enjoyed having a glass of beer as well.
