We live in Ventura County and went to see Neil Diamond at The Forum. We went to the web to find restaurant recommendation for the Inglewood area. Post and Beam looked interesting and we are very glad we selected it. The short ribs are out of this world. They are slow cooked for 12 hours the night before. I drove all the way from Las Vegas to try out this restaurant and I was not let down. I ordered the oxtail hash and it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was fantastic and the live music was a nice touch. I am already looking forward to my next trip to Los Angeles and this restaurant will definitely be a regular stop for me.
This place is amazing. My family and I were in town, and were recommended this place for our large group, and needless to say, everything about it was phenomenal. The service, the food, the ambiance is all 5 star! 3 days in a row we made sure to spendour money here when we wanted good food and drinks.
The service at this restaurant was excellent - fast and friendly. The food was amazing; I had poached eggs with braised ox tails shredded on top of country potatoes. And to top it off, there were unlimited mimosas and I also added a Bloody Mary with a shot of Tito's. The atmosphere was great, with soothing music. If I could, I would give them a thousand stars.
I recently had a negative experience at a brunch restaurant that advertised bottomless drinks but cut us off before the allotted time. Despite arriving for our reservation on time at 1pm, we were disappointed by the service we received. After ordering food and drinks simultaneously, our meal arrived before our drinks at 1:30pm. Despite finishing a second bottle of champagne by 1:45pm and requesting another, the restaurant staff abruptly ended our bottomless brunch at 1:55pm without providing the additional bottle we had asked for. Despite our protests, the waiter and manager gave various excuses and ultimately refused to accommodate our request for more drinks. The lack of apology or resolution from the manager left us feeling dissatisfied and we have no intention of returning to this establishment.
Friendly and attentive staff. Good they carry drafts from local brewery. Nice and balanced breading on catfish appetizer. Mac n cheese has a good flavor but could be better with a bit of crust. Shrimp and grits were good...new change up for me with beefbacon. The dish I would go back for is the cast iron chicken...loved every bite...even soaked up the gravy with the blackeyedpeas n rice!!
