Mcdonald's - Los Angeles

As a coffee lover, I make it a habit to visit this place every morning before work for my caramel latte with two shots of espresso (2xpresso, no whipped cream, light drizzle). The barista is always friendly and attentive, especially during the early hours. The coffee here is focused more on the caffeine kick rather than being overly sweet.

This is a review of McDonald's. If you've been there, why are you reading reviews? The experience is pretty decent. They don't make too many errors and the food quality is average. In Los Angeles, they hire adults as employees, so most of the staff have been working there for years. Pro tip: If you drive by, be sure to check out the collection of military tanks at the gas station above the road.

This morning, at 4:30am on Tuesday, while on my way to the airport, I stopped by the McDonald's on Sepulveda National for a cup of coffee. The cashier, who was heavyset and spoke Spanish, took my money but did not put it in the cash register. When I received my coffee, it looked foamy and bubbly, not right at all. When I questioned the cashier about it, he could not explain why it looked that way. I asked for another cup, but was told it would take 10 minutes. Frustrated, I asked for a refund instead. The cashier did not apologize for the inconvenience and overall, the service was very unprofessional.

Truly horrible. The big mac was like eating cardboard. I question if it was even food. Go ahead mcdonalds. Sue!

Always an issue at this location. Todays issue POS. Can’t use card. Staff are running around aimlessly helping drive through.
