What User doesn't like about Mama Lion:
we have booked a week in advance at 9:00 a.m. to dinner at which we were told that we can only stay until 9:30 because they sell the tables for the bottle service (from $600). I don't understand how a party of 4 can come, order and eat all in 30 minutes. we had to go and find a reservation. not as I thought to spend my birthday dinner. View all feedback.
Great service, friendly (and cute! crowd, and solid drinks — rare combo.Service: 5/5
A very fun nightclub/bar that plays all the hottest hits and kpop music! We got a table by the dj and had a great time there. Only thing I will mention is many people were dancing on top of the seats but when my group did it the security guard was yelling at us.
Super fun club! Came here to celebrate my boyfriends birthday! Security was definitely on point ! Making sure everyone is safe and everyone is having fun ! Love all the music they were playing. Bartender was extremely nice ! They know what they're mixingggg hahaha ! Didn't have food but the alcohol was good ! Would come back again !!!
I was with a group of my diverse, non-Asian friends. We were explicitly called bi*ches for standing in line by the bouncer with head tats. Iavon was very nice, thank you for being cordial. But face tat man come on bro wtaf are u doing physically harassing us and calling us b*tches for merely existing. never coming back. santa monica is better. good bye ktown. would not recommend.
Trash place with trash rules towards men. They literally send their bouncers out to look for women in line and bring them to the front. There were women who got in line after me and they got pulled to the front just for being female. I was literally in the same spot and actually moving BACKWARDS in line. I was moving negative distance bc of this sexist b Just bc this is commonplace for clubs doesn't make it acceptable or right. I was in line for a damn hour(no exaggeration) and only got in bc people were finally leaving. Next was the dress code. Women can wear whatever they want and show as much skin as they want. Men couldn't even show their damn SHOULDERS. Doesn't matter if it's hot. Doesn't matter if we're literally gonna be dancing. Doesn't matter if we're stuffed into a tiny room like rats. Doesn't matter if we're all sweating and breathing each others carbon dioxide. Doesn't matter if men already have higher body temps than women. Men can't show their shoulders, legs, feet, etc while women can literally show up in something close to underwear and sandals. Why should men be discouraged from showing their bodies while women are encouraged from showing their body? Regardless of the reasoning, it's sexist and unfair. I don't wanna wear sleeves and pants to f dance in basically a 90F room. Men get treated as inferior to women in this club and I'm sure tons of others. The club itself is absolutely the tiniest club I've been in. You can stand in the middle and literally see all 4 walls. The entire club is just 1 room. It's genuinely the size of a 1 story house without individual rooms. Now add 400 people into this 1 story house with no rooms. Music was just ghetto rap and some edm. 99% of people here are East Asian so don't expect diversity if you're interested in other groups. The one single good thing about this place is free water, so if you love drinking every few minutes and you're not male and you never get sick of 80% rap and you like clubs the size of your regular 1 story house with 400 guests inside and you have yellow fever, then you better not miss out on this absolute gem!!!! Also be ready to park in a structure a few blocks away for $25 bc LA. The area around this club looks like it physically got hit by depression.
