Magee's Nuthouse Delicatessen

I believe this restaurant deserves a much higher rating than 3.8. The pastrami and corned beef are spot on. I tried the New Yorker sandwich and it was fantastic! The Mexican dishes could use some improvement, but keep in mind it's a Jewish deli. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, you should go to a Mexican restaurant. However, for delicious Jewish meats, this place is excellent!

We had a Reuben sandwich. The corned beef was great. So was the sauerkraut. They put just the right amount of mustard. The rye bread was toasted just right. The sandwich came with a pickle that was pretty good too. This is a shop in the Farmers Market, so there’s not much to comment on regarding the service, but the folks at the counter were friendly.

The best corned beef I've ever had! It was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. I highly recommend trying the Reuben combo, which comes with a pickle, a side of your choice, and a drink. In addition to the fantastic food, the staff is incredibly friendly! I will definitely be going back again.

The food was fresh and delicious, offered at reasonable prices. The customer service was quick and attentive. The roast beef plate was large enough to be shared by two people. The potato salad had a lovely creamy texture. However, the cabbage could have used a bit more cooking and seasoning. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.
