Always a must stop each time we’re in LA. The blackjack quesadilla is crazy good. Probably the best quesadilla I ever had. Looking forward to going back next time we’re in LA.

So, yes, I 'm one of those tourists that 's watched Chef 's Show so HAD to check out Chef Roy Choi 's food truck and it definitely did not disappoint! YUM! Short Rib Tacos Must get. GET THE SHORT RIB BURRITO!! That is what they are known for and completely missed the mark for my first time here! The tacos are okay, but the burrito is on a completely different level.

The flavor of the short rib tacos was incredible; however, some pieces of meat were tough and difficult to eat. With higher quality meat, this would definitely be a five-star experience, but as it stands, I would give it four stars. The prices were reasonable, making it a great value overall.
