Jersey Mike's Subs - Los Angeles

The child prepared a delicious tuna sandwich exactly as I requested this time.

My wife and I recently visited Jersey Mike's and were extremely disappointed with our experience. The employees were unwelcoming and seemed like they didn't want to be there. I ordered a #13 Giant on white Mikes Way, but had to remind the employee to make it that way as he was closing up the sandwich. When we got home and started to eat our shared sandwich, my wife found two long strands of hair in her portion, causing her to gag and almost vomit. It was a thoroughly unpleasant experience, and we will definitely not be returning.

I had high hopes for a great experience at this restaurant, but unfortunately that was not the case. Parking was a nightmare, as I had to drive around the lot for 10 minutes before finally finding a spot that was a 5-minute walk away. Upon entering the empty store, I was informed by an employee that they only had white and wheat bread, when I had wanted parmesan bread. I settled for wheat, only to find out that the iced tea dispenser was empty. When I asked for more, I was told they were also out of that. My sandwich was disappointing - unlike the ones I have had at other Jersey Mike's locations. It seems that at this particular spot, "Mike's Way" means skimping on ingredients and serving dry, hard, stale bread. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.

What a wonderful Jersey Mike's! It has excellent Customer Service thanks to the manager, Leilani, AND, the location is great! There are many places nearby that you can sit and eat your yummy sandwich! This is now my FAVORITE Jersey Mike's!

Love that I can have a gluten free sub with anything that I want on it. They are pretty good with allergies vs preference.
