Hide Sushi - Los Angeles

The thing to do at Hide is on the very foundations: tuna, salmon, yellow tail. You know. For the basics, the fish is very fresh, wonderful, and prices cannot be beaten. Don't miss Ankimo and Uni, they're not easy enough, and not so good here. Hidden is a great standby for fixing large (basic) sushi at very favorable prices.

If you like raw fish, you'll like Hide. The fish quality is great and they focus only on the good and raw stuff. No strange combinations with funny names. There are a few cooked dishes and combinations for those who are less adventurous, but most of the ducks are spinning around the fish. If I had more money, I would eat here more often, but unfortunately I stay on the Japanese market down on the street:

Place to get my sushi fix if I don't save $50. Sit on the counter! Yellow tail, salmon, surf cam and squid with Shisa leaf sushi are my favorite.

Hidden provides the best fish for value, you can eat 2 meals hiding for the price of 1 meal Mori Sushi, n 1.5 meals hiding for the price of 1 meal Sasabune. Many are Japanese diners and many are returners. Waiting n the service can slow during the peak dinner ed, so you have a lit lunch and drive there early for the 1st. Dinner seat, you will not be dissapointed!
