Stop by during business trip.Got a fire place thats pretty cool.Food is nice and fresh.Pricing is very decent for good quality sashimi with thickness and shiso.Will definitely return again to try their sukiyaki. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hayama:
Super slow service. My husband got his meal right away and was ready when I got out. Sushi was moderate, but overpriced for quality. Decorations inside were very strange and made for a bad ambience. Wouldn't go back. View all feedback.
The food was amazing and the customer service was great. I brought acquaintances that didn't understand a lot of the food terms and one didn't know how to use chopsticks. They patiently explained everything and we had a great time.
Friendly staff and good quality fish in a novel seating arrangement around a large gas fire pit. Bring you own beer, sake, etc. They close at 9, with last call around 8:30. They lock the doors by 9:15. Street parking around the neighborhood and lots.of dessert options a block or two away on Sawtelle.
This place is a sleeper. Might be the best quality sushi I?ve had. The prices are amazing and the portions are large. Definitely get a combo. Amazing experience.
