2nd time there. First time was for lunch and it's been a bit too hot even thought it was March (all or most of the seating is outside). But this time for late dinner it was spectacular absolutely beautiful views of surrounding skyline from the patio of one of the most gorgeous buildings in downtown LA. Food and service were great too at reasonable price. Drinks were pretty good too.
What Reanna Boyle doesn't like about Harbor House:
I wasn't impressed with my experience. It was suggested that I sit outside, but after asking for assistance, I was told to sit in a different area. I waited a long time before anyone acknowledged me, and then it took even longer for my drinks and food to arrive. With so many options available in downtown LA, I would definitely recommend choosing another restaurant. View all feedback.

The service was excellent, and we were well taken care of. The food was good, fresh, and beautifully presented. Because it was Valentine’s Day, the menu was somewhat limited. The drinks were strong and well-mixed. However, the music was a bit too loud for comfortable conversation. The outdoor seating was limited, so we opted to sit inside, where we enjoyed great views of the city. We will definitely return when the weather gets warmer.

The food was excellent and the fried twinkie was AMAZING!
My husband and I went to Harbor House for Valentines Day. At first, it’s a bit unimpressive...mainly a bar with a scattering of high top and standard dining tables. It’s pretty spartan and lacking in any particular charm or ambiance, but it’s sharp and clean and modern. What most impressed us was the food and service. It was a pretty limited menu but everything we had was delightfully tasty and attractively-presented, and the service was uncommonly friendly and attentive. Romantic? Not so much, but fun and friendly with great food.
