Service experiences vary significantly, with some staff praised for their attentiveness, while others have been less accommodating. Though it boasts a lively bar scene and can be a great spot for game day, diners are advised to be prepared for potential service and food issues during busy times.
Overpriced, food dry (fish, burger), service super slow.
The aesthetic and ambiance of this space made eating enjoyable and fun, especially when it’s a date night. They offer multiple sitting options.
My dining and entertainment experience started off with great promise. Servers Bell and Cindy were EXCELLENT! They were attentive and friendly. However, their replacement a Hispanic man, I believe his name was “Primo” was HORRIBLE! He ignored our table and forced our group to obtain drinks directly from Daniel the bartender! I cannot with good conscience recommend this establishment when “Primo” is working!
Great place for eating and drinking in the hotel. the staff was friendly and the food was good.
Location is ideal for lax traveling but eating and drinks just ok. bartender does not make cocktails good. they stay with beer or wine.
