Overall a good yummy burger. They may seem small but they will fill you up. Quick service and friendly staff. Had the classic gold burger and can't complain. Nice and juice! I wish there was more of the aioli because I definitely didn't taste it much. The fries were fine but nothing special. Price is definitely on the higher side. Overall check them out for a really good smash burger. View all feedback.
What Ralph Cato doesn't like about Fatburger:
We had trouble with the order. First the guy couldn?t understand us and we had to repeat several times. Then we were asking for prices for extras like sweet potato fries and onion rings. He gave us one price and charged us a different one. The total fortwo burgers two orders of fries and two drinks came to almost $40! Staff was great, food as expected. They rock gluten free buns which was clutch with my 8 years old daughter, I could finally share this family tradition with her. THEY NEED TO GET RID OF THE PROMO POSTERS BLOCKING THE WINDOWS. Such a shame
Drive-thru service could be improved(too slow,attitude). Food was not as good or tasted as I remembered. Lack of condiments offered. Very pricy for a burger.
Whenever I have a doctors appointment here at Kaiser I make sure to swing by to get tasty burgers and fries!
Great experience! I can’t remember the employees name that took our order at the counter but she was great. It was my first time their and it was good time. She was helpful explaining the vegan options and letting me know about the milkshakes! I do think Fatburger should look into using Beyond Meat instead of Impossible Meat. It would give the burger a juicer flavor. My burger was cooked perfectly this comment it more so for corporate not this location.
I ordered the impossible burger with onion rings. Really delicious. You have hard working ladies in the back and that is why the order will take a bit in waiting time but I prefer getting my burger done right than rushed. Don’t forget to tip them as they deserve it. I will be coming back.
