El Pollo Loco - Los Angeles

On 10/8/21, approximately 11:20am, I bought a meal at El Pollo Loco on Normandie Ave and Imperial Hwy and this is the corn they gave me. This is bottom of the barrel trash (from 2 days before). I don?t know where they dug this trash up from. They tried to mix a few fresh kernels in there hoping no one would notice. Well I noticed but just too late, so they still made the money. That?s what they were banking on. We keep giving these businesses our money without correcting their terrible unsanitary behaviors. Check your food before you leave this place. This is not the first time they did this cutting corners mess and it won?t be the last. Get it together and stop messing up the El Pollo Loco name.

Very good meal. The real authentic chicken. The family dinner was just so delicious. My order, as I like it, is well seasoned and well cooked. With everything that goes on for a great chicken. El Pollo Loco is 5?????? Huhn. As I said, I can create pages like salsa. I just need the chicken. LOL

Drive thru was busy but the staff was kind friendly. Ordered a family meal and the sides were not filled to the top, the mashed potatoes for example, was only filled half way (and it was a large) Overall the food was okay although the chicken was a little dry, like it had been sitting there all day or had been re-heated. Definitely not the freshly cooked chicken I've had from other establishments.

The personal is rude I command my eating with the app thought I was in the position, thru drive-thru I was wrong after I made on the drive-thru line and for them to say I had to go in that that was stupid I went in my eating was next to the drive-thru window never going again the people who work there are rude

They open around 10, I came around 11:10 ordered 2 big chicken tort suppillaen together with a huh meal at 11:15 when the huhn meal was ready, they told me the suppening would take another 10-15min. at 11:15 o'clock they told me it would take another 15 minutes. if they had said that the suppers would last 30 minutes, I would have canceled them. When I finally got my suppen at 11:40, I told them they should be honest about the full time. a worker told me that next time you should ask if we have the suppe. No, you didn't tell me you didn't understand me right. the workers were rude.
