Del Taco World Headquarters

They didn't have the first two items I wanted. since I was working and was already locked in the drive-thru. I felt in the corner to order something. I wanted them to know what items are not specified!

We've left this place we've been driving through for years. let me tell them we won't do this again. we had decided to eat after a long day and wanted to use the toilet room and stretch. that was a big mistake. they were dirty, beyond that when I tell the truth. here is the first mistake we made, we ordered before we turn, with the rest room. After a few minutes more wait, I had it. I was hanged. No, breakfast or lunch, so we were ready to eat. nineteen minutes in, I'm going up and finally we're going to say a refund, minus our freezing. he pushes all these buttons and over twenty. When I come to my man and we're in the car, he shaves his head. I'm wondering why he says he cut you. I asked if he wanted me to talk to him. he said it's not worth it. the man seemed to be the manager. By the way, it was just him and an older woman working on a Saturday, from the 5 fwy., and in brief. sad, was earlier a nice stop than half point from north to south, or vice versa. end of a long story.

They had run out of the dings and the person who took the drive through was also the treatment of the food and dunes in the customers. that was not fresh. they seem to be among servants. it took really long to get our food.

Service was alittle slow, but eating was super/made fresh and I guess that is most important.

The food at this location in Valencia is way better and bigger than the one I usually go to in Sylmar.Update: went there last week and looked for a clean table to put my order in on the app...couldn't find one. Filthy floor, chairs and tables. Not one without food on it and I was the only customer inside. One employee was laying across a booth bench. I went to the counter and waited 5 minutes to be helped but was just ignored. I finally just left and went to Del Taco the following day in Sylmar. Everything is always spotless there and I'm always treated like a person.
