Dave's Hot Chicken - Los Angeles

A week ago, I filled out a feedback survey but have yet to receive any acknowledgment. I also reached out to the Ventura location again to inquire if there was a regional manager available. Although I spoke with the manager, they informed me that there are no regional managers for Dave's Hot Chicken, as it operates as a franchise. As a result, I was unable to cancel my order and did not pick it up, yet I was still charged for a large order. I am looking for any suggestions on how to contact this location for a refund, as I am from out of state and cannot visit in person. Overall, I am dissatisfied with this location's customer service and would like a refund. I do want to express my gratitude to the Ventura location for being responsive.

I first tried Dave's Hot Chicken in LA, and while I found it just okay at the time, my perspective changed after my second visit in Vegas — I completely fell in love with it! Now, I find myself craving it every week or so. The sandwiches come in various heat levels, and I typically opt for the spicier options.

The food and shakes are delicious and full of flavor. Alicia was very kind and welcoming.

Service was fast. Food was hot and delicious. Staff 10/10. Plenty of seating and parking in rear.

Dave’s Hot Chicken is, without a doubt, the best chicken I’ve ever had in my life! The first time I went here, I had a spiritual experience eating that chicken. I would go at the drop of a hat, tell ya
