We arrived 10 mins to check because we were knew we would have to wait for our table. We got there and the guy in the front checked us and and he said it will be a while. I will get back to you on how long the wait is. He never got back to me. Once everyone from our party got there we asked again because he never did get back to us. Once we asked he seated us. What BrandonV doesn't like about Dave Buster's Northridge:
The games are not properly maintained and dont work to their full capacity. Servers are very slow and never check up on you. I was also waiting at the bar for 15 minutes before someone asked if i needed something after calling two servers. View all feedback.
Awful service, was ignored all night, waited 50 minutes for just a round of dishes that half the games did not work, very disappointing compared to the hollywood location
It took to long for are food to come out. We waited like an hour or more. The orders were incomplete.
