Chick-fil-a - Los Angeles

I absolutely adore this Chick-fil-A. After two disappointing visits to other places, I was about to give up until I tried Chick-fil-A for the third time and was completely impressed. The customer service was fantastic, with clean and well-organized areas. The food was amazing and all of the workers were incredible. They even gave me recommendations in both Spanish and English. They cleaned our table, opened the door for us, and offered great service throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at this unique Chick-Fil-A. The food was delicious as always. The staff member, Angel, who served us at the entrance, was very cheerful and friendly. It was our first time in the USA after a long time, and he was patient and kind to us, even though we were new. It is employees like him who truly represent the brand and make us want to come back again and again.

I had to wait in a long line that extended almost onto the road, but it moved quickly. I received my food within 10 minutes from the time I entered the line.

4 stars because I only like 1 thing on the menu and that's the nuggets. I would give them 5 stars if I loved them but I dont. Its clean, the dtivethru is one of the most efficient I have ever seen, friendly staff...but the food is only good, not great

The service that I received today was distasteful. I ordered extra lettuce on a chopped salad. The employee taking the order even repeated it back. I had no reason to think that the order would be wrong. From experience, I always check my order. The ticket on the salad did not reflect that extra lettuce was added. I asked the person in the window and she went to check. No extra lettuce. I told her I would pay for it. I just needed extra lettuce. I was getting the salad for my mom. She did not know how to ring it up so found her team lead, Clayton. He came to window and let me know that I could NOT order a salad with extra lettuce. I informed him that my mom has been ordering this salad with extra lettuce for years. She has actually been ordering it from the actual location that I am currently at. She has ordered it at the La Cienega location. She has ordered it at the Torrance location. All for years. He then proceeded to tell me that wasn’t possible because they would need to pack it in different containers. I explained that they would put it in the same container. He told me that wasn’t possible. So he was basically calling me a liar. He let me know there was no way to input extra lettuce in the computer although I’ve seen it on receipts before. He asked me how they did it. I don’t know, I don’t work at Chick Fil A. This is the worst service I have EVER received at Chick Fil A. I have only 2 bad experiences at Chick Fil A, both at this restaurant. Ive been going to Chick Fil A since I was 8. I’m now 44 years old. This is my favorite fast food. I have poured thousands of dollars into this chain and don’t bat an eye about it. I’m sick with the service I received and will never go to this location again. Clayton could really use some training in customer service and how to problem solve in situations. He may need to go back on the training floor. You have other employees looking up to him and I would not want him as a role model.
