The ambiance is charming, making for a delightful dining experience. The fusion cuisine is inventive, though not always perfect. Prices can be high, especially with added charges. However, the happy hour specials offer great value. The cocktails and dishes are creatively presented and delicious, with standouts like the Carbonara and squash blossoms. Overall, Blackship provides a unique and enjoyable dining experience worth visiting again.
I absolutely loved the squash blossoms and ramen at this restaurant! While the mushrooms weren't my favorite, my husband enjoyed them. The service was exceptional and the restaurant itself was charming. I will definitely be coming back!
We love this restaurant! Number is always busy though for reservations and I can’t book on open table
The single worst restaurant experience. A man claiming to be a manager started screaming and yelling at us. We were never seated our reservation was for 8:45 and at 9:40 we were still not seated. The staff was so unhappy this so called manager is an actual disgrace. If they are still open when you read this don’t go it’s a horrible place.
Disastrous Valentine’s Day. Slow service. Uninspired food. Weak ambiance. Everything really was a let down
We'd never been to Blackship before, so we were excited to try it. The menu had lots of things we were interested in trying, so we were lucky that the WeHo dine week was happening. The menu was a great value the portions were large and everything was really delicious! Our server kind of disappeared, but the lovely hostess and other staff took care of us in her absence. We sat outside in a truly adorable space. Great night we'll definitely go back!
