23rd Street Cafe - Los Angeles

I live a 30 second walk from the 23rd street cafe, so there could not be a more convenient place to eat. However, I have stopped eating here completely, because I do not feel well after eating here. They do make a decent masala chai, and they sell (eggy) cake from a local bakery, so I can recommend those without reserve.

They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a variety of American, Mexican, and Indian dishes. My personal favorite is the vegetable pasta with extra green sauce.

The Indian food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious, with beautiful aromas. I highly recommend trying the vegetarian options, as I did not try the chicken options. The staff is extremely polite. I love this place!
