Today at 2:10pm I got in line...we were two people...then 5 and then 10 people and no one attended to us or gave us any explanation...the ladies didn't pay attention to us, they just ignored us. It's a bummer even talking...bad service anymore because they are in a very busy square...I hope it doesn't happen again and they don't have that cordiality or politeness of leaving the customer waiting for more than 20 minut...
