Solid Casual Hotel Restaurants. While the food was nothing special, everything tasted good, and the service was attentive and prompt. The wine casting was very generous and the server made great recommendations with healthy taste of some local wines (a few of them I caught bottles before California left). Good place for a casual bite with friends, and a relaxed terrace with some beautiful fireplace seats. View all feedback.
What Janaki V doesn't like about The Courtyard Long Bistro:
We had the spicy Mac and cheese, cheesy garlic bread (nothing cheesey about it and tasted weird) and new England clam chowder (not that great either). For wine we went with Montepulciano (obviously good choice) and Malbec (so so). Overall experience was fine.Food: 3/5 View all feedback.
Eventually, we received assistance from a waitress who wasn’t even assigned to our section. I had to rely on her for everything we needed. The server in the vest later came back just to drop off our check. The following day, I again waited 15 minutes before anyone came to assist me, and still, the restaurant was not busy at all. After 20 minutes, I finally got a drink and requested a menu, but no one returned to take my order for another 30 minutes. I had to ask for some chips that were supposed to be complimentary. I noticed the vest-wearing server again, appearing completely unaware of what was happening with the women he served. Throughout all this, I remained respectful and grateful to the waitresses who did help us. When the food eventually arrived, it was quite good, and the chips they served were very addictive. I believe that management really needs to improve their customer service training. Unfortunately, since we remain in this area, our options for dining within walking distance are quite limited.
Reliable and Casual Hotel Dining. While the food wasn't extraordinary, everything was enjoyable, and the service was attentive and quick. The wine selection was quite generous, and the server provided excellent recommendations, including some delightful local wines (I even managed to grab a few bottles before leaving California). It's a great spot for a laid-back meal with friends, featuring a relaxed terrace with lovely seating around a charming fireplace.
Be sure to try the salmon and pasta dishes—they're fantastic! Are we heading to the Warriors game afterwards? The homemade chips during happy hour are a must-try. This restaurant is such a lovely place, featuring excellent service and a beautiful outdoor terrace!
The staff is very friendly and beautiful here at the restaurant in the hotel. The servers allowed us to finish our food and drinks, although they were ready to close. Drinks are strong, and food is okay, but the fire pits are wonderful and ingenious!
Ordered breakfast while staying at the hotel. Used the app to order and went down to pick up my order when I got a text is was ready. Great service by the attendant when I asked for some sri racha sauce and she gave me some in a small container.
