Been here thrice and tried a different dish each Time. Every single Time it's been a pleasure, great food, wonderful atmosphere, friendly and attentive service. It has all been a lovely experience. Strawberry Margarita is delightful complement to many of the dishes. Haven't tried the others yet. One warning though, dishes are huge in portion, be prepared to ask for a takeout box. What L C doesn't like about Fiesta Vallarta:
Came for lunch. Food is meh. Service is ok. They are attentive but not on top of things. I had to ask for salt and tortilla chips more than a couple of times. Food is actually MX-AMERICAN food. Lulu’s around the block has more authentic food. To give you an idea, their salsa is very mild, the tomatoey kind. They use a lot of American cheddar cheese on their dishes. Went here for a business lunch and was absolutely floored by how good the food was. Flavorful and fresh. I was happy to see a menu with some unique items that I have not seen before...and I eat. I will be going back a lot. Our host was super friendly and parking was easy.
Sat at outside patio in the back. Nice setting. Prompt, courteous service and great tasting food. Highly recommend! Full bar with margaritas, of course!
