I got the hojicha banana milk with boba and I think it’s the best boba I’ve ever had.
Asked for no ice but still got ice. Oh well, taste is fine?

What’s up with the sudden decision of not supporting hot tea?
They suddenly stop offering hot tea options for all their teas. I also noticed that when I tried to order online via DoorDash or any other food delivery app, sometimes they have hot options and sometimes they don't. It seems arbitrary and inconsistent, specially after previously offering a hot tea option specially now that it's winter time.
Not taking cash payment is inconvenient unfavorable.
