I love BR chocolate shakes. It’s unfortunate that there was only one person working that Saturday afternoon, which resulted in a 15 min wait to be served.

Horrible! We had a custom cake order for our child’s birthday ordered well in advance. It’s been TWO HOURS past their opening time and the store is still closed!! Nobody is answering the phone and there’s no way to get a refund. Had to run to another store to get a last minute cake for the birthday kid.GOOD WAY TO LOSE BUSINESS FOREVER!
