Poor people working there had to deal with many clients, waiting time was very long as there were not enough people in the service. There was no flexibility outside of the menu. When we tried to ordereggs for our little one after breakfast time, we were told that no breakfast items are served anymore and all eggs are alreadystored away. Menu card changed during our stay and selection got smaller. Not very impressive, especially since prices are in ahigher category.

Everyt... read more I'm amazed that this place was recommended a a good restaurant. The bar upstairs had no waiters. The food downstairs, one poor waitress to do everything. Everything brought at the same time. Tiny little saucers for plates and soggy spaghetti. Thechicken was and so we're the other many plates we ordered. But they have to get their service together. She tried so hard totake care of the 5 of us. Pretty sad service.

Nice restaurant and the food was good but the customer service was the worst. The waiter spilt my girlfriends drink on her pants. My friends and I were also waiting forso long for our food and it wasn’t even that busy. I was waiting for one appetizer for AN HOUR. If I was going to get takeout, I’d order from here but I would never want to come back in person

The ambiance is delightful, the food is delicious, and our waiter, Omar, provided exceptional service. Overall, this was a great find!
