What Abdul O'Reilly doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
I drove there and ordered the double avocado fit bowl. I was thrilled to learn they have a spinach salad. I'm trying to eat healthy, and they now serve spinach salads. And since avocado is a healthy fat, I was looking forward to this meal. But as you can see in the photo, my salad did not have ANY avocado. And I didn't feel like driving back just for part of my salad. View all feedback.

This is the last time we will patronize this location. Sometime back, I ordered catering and when we went to pick it up, they were 1 hour late I had 60 people waiting to eat! Last week, I ordered early in the day for pickup at 5:15 pm. The order was 1/2 hour late. Not only was it late, it was severely overcooked and was the smallest chicken I have ever seen. The pinto beans were not seasoned, so had very little flavor. I was extremely disappointed as this is not what we expected from El Pollo. I don't know if other locations have this problem, but I would not recommnd using this store.
Don?t order online I ordered online a chicken burrito with no cilantro dressing No pico de gallo No jack cheese They only ended up giving me a burrito full of cilantro dressing and some extra on the side and no avocado this is a horrible place to order online
My choice were to wait up to an hour for my food that I order ahead or wait 96 hours for a refund. The GM has no compassion for poor service for their customers. If you wanted to feel like you time has no meaning and you don?t matter come to this location. Edit: I was a victim of prejudice at this point. Customers came in after me got there food before me. They were acknowledged walking in and I wasn?t. Just overall lack of empathy and care. Manager alluded to telling me that just what it was and to accept the situation. I should be due a refund for this poor excuse of service faster than 4 days. I left here frustrated, hungry, left feeling like my business means less than dirt. Great way to treat people.
