Bonjour Bagel - Los Alamitos

One of the staff seemed to be having a rough day when my wife asked for an iced coffee. The response was surprisingly rude — she quickly dismissed the request by saying they don’t sell “Boba” — which wasn’t even what my wife asked for! It was just frustrating. Again, I find their listening skills lacking (maybe due to distractions?). We’ve also experienced mix-ups with our sandwiches when they were handed out, and there was a time they forgot to charge me for an item I clearly placed on the counter and stated I wanted to buy. I’ve refrained from complaining in the past because I know no one is perfect, but it gets really tedious having to repeat myself or deal with staff frustration over requests they didn’t even understand. I genuinely enjoy this place and just wish the staff would be more attentive. Perhaps they should consider cutting back on distractions before their shifts or try some memory supplements. I hope management takes this feedback to heart and works on improving training.

I just enjoyed their breakfast combo: a bagel with egg, cheese, and bacon. It was buttered and toasted, and it was absolutely delicious! I'm quite particular about my eggs, but these were exceptional—you can really taste the quality. This is by far the best egg bagel sandwich I’ve ever had. The combo also comes with a large coffee or orange juice, and the prices are incredibly affordable. Thank you, Boujour Bagel Cafe! I’ll definitely be back. I also loved the friendly staff! I can’t believe I forgot to take a photo before I ate it—it's that good!
