What Karen S doesn't like about Akane Japanese:
It seems that the restaurant has permanently closed. The phone message simply states, "SORRY WE ARE CLOSED," without any further information. I visited the location, and it appears that a new business is moving in. View all feedback. What Theo Kessler likes about Akane Japanese:
The sushi here is genuinely good. While I wouldn't say it's the best I've ever had in the USA, it certainly ranks among the best in the South Bay, especially given the reasonable prices. The atmosphere is what you'd expect for the area. Overall, I would definitely return for dinner if I found myself nearby. View all feedback.
