At 6:45 p.m. all the chairs... read more At 6:45 p.m. on April 20, 2024, I wanted to invite my son to dinner. On my first visit the food was excellent, hence this location. At 6:45 p.m. all the chairs were already on the tables and we first asked if it was still open. Yes, but you didn't feel welcome from the start. The waitress helped us get seats. Ordered burger with fries, took a while. There is zero atmosphere between the raised chairs. Finally the food came, fries were great and hot. Burger (for a whopping €5.90 per piece) cold including patty. When I complained there was a bland response, no apology, no replacement, no refund. Since the rolls were also cold and extremely dry, they were not edible. It's a shame, not only because I completely embarrassed myself with the invitation, but also because I had a very good impression on my first visit. It cannot be the case that the quality of a location is dependent on personnel.
