What User doesn't like about Pho Chateau:
This is a review only of their vietnamese iced coffee. It was not made fresh and tastes terrible. $5+ for what tastes like instant coffee mix. I'll try the Pho and some other items eventually since it's nearby. View all feedback.
A huge fan of Vietnam's famous breakfast soup, but unfortunately this spot was pho-gettable. I passed Pho Chateau many times, so I thought I would try. I ordered the fried spring rolls and Ph?. My favorite jumpers are from Vietnam, so I was looking forward to these. Sad, they were understated and their n??c ch?m was not enough to live the court. The spring rollers were too oily. I guess the oil wasn't hot enough and/or they didn't let the spring rolls flow off. What the Ph?, I had #B89 (Well-Done Brisket, Fatty Brisket and Soft Tendon ? Ph? Chín, G?u, Gân. I asked her for no gentle tendon and to add only a little extra of the other meat. At first the court came with a soft tendon, so I took it out. My server saw me and was apologetic. They brought me a small bowl of the other meat to add my soup. The broth lacked the characteristic wealth and inaccuracy you expect from Ph?. It was also under seasoned. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the meat was tender, so it was good. The restaurant itself was nice, clean and welcoming. I asked for more fish sauce and got a little donor. My server also brought me a caddy with different spices because they knew that I wanted to improve/ improve the taste of my food. That was nice. My server was great. They were very warm, answered questions I had about the menu, checked for me, and even dealt with light banners. Customer service here is good. I cannot recommend this place because of the quality of the food I had. Unfortunately, Northern Virginia is saturated for Pho Chateau with Vietnamese restaurants and the competition is steep.

I ordered the Chateau Steak in Sizzling Pot with a side cup of Pho Broth I ordered a Viet Ice Coffee. Everything was so delicious. I will definitely be back.
I love this place. I'm here to eat lunch and dinner, but I'm usually going to come out when I take my care so I can enjoy the food at home. My favorite dish is the grilled pig with Vermicelli and feathers. The Banh Mi is also wonderful, either with pork or beef. And nothing can beat Pho on a cold winter day!!
Delicious broth and the crispy spring rolls were nice and crisp. The sprouts we got looked a little lackluster and our crispy spring rolls came without lettuce or pickled veggies on the plate contrary to what I?ve seen in other reviewers? photos. But those two issues aside, the food was good and the place seems to have a local following as it was steadily busy (for Covid standards) and takeout orders also seemed to stream out at a steady pace.
