I bought some cookies from this vendor who was at Mosaic district at a farmer's market and picked up a bag of cookies that were vegan and health conscious. The coconut cookies were absolutely delicious. I came back for more and even got some other goodies. They sell stew, soups and meat pastry pockets. I especially like their cookies. Picked up a batch of peanut brittle cookies. Everything was delicious. Simple ingredients but tastes so good! The brownie walnut cookie won my heart!
