Was favorite for years but after being refused access the the bathroom and told to order first I will never spend a dime at Five Guys. I Asked for manager was told manager was outside. No manager outside. I Call the number on the Five Guys sign, manager repeated this policy. Hand washing and using the restroom is priority upon dining. Presently my staff and I are sitting at Chick-fil-A! Camp creek Pkwy, East Point, GA

They never held their heads up. 2 employees on break to the left. 2 behind counter. The young lady seen. Never walked over. For a lunch Rush they had only 4 customers. I said hello is anyone going to take my order? After waiting 6-10 minutes.The manager stated oh I guess I didn?t see you for 10 minutes! I was taken back and left this establishment to never patronize 5 guys again!
