The pizza, with a 48 hour leavening, i... read more I had the pleasure of having dinner at the Vecchio Circolo Lortallo and I can only express an extremely positive opinion! The pizza, with a 48 hour leavening, is simply sublime. We chose a pizza with bresaola, rocket and parmesan, and another with shrimp, courgettes and bacon: both dishes were tasty and prepared with high quality ingredients. The first courses also impressed us. The linguine with lemon, pepper, shrimp, courgettes and mint was a fresh and refined harmony of flavours. The place is welcoming and typical, with an open pizzeria which makes the atmosphere even more fascinating. The staff, young and very knowledgeable, contributed to making the experience truly pleasant. Furthermore, the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent pizza and refined dishes! Super recommended!
