Despite asking for it, it wasn't brought. I found that really annoying, and there was no offer of compensation. In my opinion, there's a lot of room for improvement with the service. The two young women seemed completely overwhelmed. We went back again this evening, and I had a cheeseburger with fries. The burger was good, but the fries were awful—still raw. My husband had schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce; we've never had such bad food. It would have been nice if the owner had come out, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. We're starting to think that it doesn't matter how good the food tastes, as long as the customer pays and is satisfied. It's a shame, but we won't be going back.

I... read more Unfortunately, I wasn't that satisfied with the service. I ordered a mixed plate and the pork fillet roll was missing, and despite asking, it wasn't brought. I find that really annoying, and there was no suggestion that I would have gotten a refund. In my opinion, the service still has a lot of room for improvement. The two young women were completely overwhelmed. We went there again this evening and I had a cheeseburger with fries. The burger was good, but the fries were not good enough when they were still raw. My husband had schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce; we've never had anything as bad as that. It would have been nice if the boss had come out for a bit, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. We assume it doesn't matter how it tastes; the main thing is that the guest pays, whether they're satisfied and enjoyed it. It's a shame, but not for us anymore.
