Was Stephen B at Andreina a mag?
Very much a hidden gem in Loreto. Outside dining in an enclosed and shaded courtyard with interesting night time illumination. A long and outstanding service of courses over four hours, leaving after midnight. Not to be hurried but to savoured over a long and leisurely evening. I've been trying to stop at this place for many years and I've been following the evolution of local-star hunters' taverns. once I always ordered tordi and allodole cooked in the grill in the fireplace, now the menu evolved with new dishes but in the heart of tradition. this time I repeated the different ways of presenting the fat liver, really interesting, and the fifth quarter of lamb, very greedy and tasty. great service and cellar. pressert is delicious sweets, great variety of bread, focacce and grissini. adequate prices for the local.

This was a wonderful experience. Unique and delicious menu, attentive staff, dishes were a work of art. Exceptional culinary experience. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Marche region.
