The woman with glasses working at the bread station was incredibly rude, but the other two employees were polite and helpful.
By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I placed an online order for a steak and cheese sandwich with triple protein, extra pepper jack cheese, no spinach, and no pickles. When my friend brought me the order, there was barely any meat, no cheese at all, only a few pickles, and a little spinach. I went back to the store to request the extra cheese and meat I paid for, but the employees immediately insisted I didn’t order those extras. I opened the sandwich to show there was no cheese, but the staff became argumentative and unwilling to help, telling me to contact the owner if I had a problem. I’m very disappointed. This will be my first and last time spending money at this Subway location. Poor customer service.
Subway is starting to feel a bit outdated. They removed roast beef entirely, which I think is a bad decision for Jared and his team of about 12.
