I frequently meet clients at this restaurant for business. The atmosphere is fantastic! The staff is consistently polite. It may take a bit longer to get your order, but considering the high number of custom orders for 17 different things in their coffee, it's understandable. The food always tastes fresh! Overall rating: Food 5, Service 5, Atmosphere 5.
This Starbucks location is very unprofessional, with staff members closing the store whenever they feel like it. It is clear that there is a lack of leadership in this establishment. A sign states that they are closing at 2:00 PM due to lack of employees showing up for work, which is ridiculous. It seems like better management, proper pay and monitoring of employees, as well as letting go of rude employees, is needed. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to, and I travel frequently for work. Meal type: Breakfast.
I placed a mobile order at 12:36pm for two Frappuccinos and could only select the drive-thru option. After waiting in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes, we finally received our drinks, which were completely melted. I was disappointed that Starbucks couldn't make our drinks fresh. The worst part was that I couldn't cancel my order and get a refund because the app doesn't allow cancellations. It was either accept the melted frap and wait in line or lose out on $12 and leave. This experience completely ruined my day. There should be a way to cancel mobile orders or make the drinks when we announce our order at the drive-thru speaker to avoid this issue.
