Starbucks - Lorain

Can not say they are open until 9 o'clock, do not have the cone on top in the running gear thru, and then never take a running gear thru order at 8 o'clock only because they do not want. ridiculous, I can't believe how often these dieucks changes it hours and the hours are either inaccurate, or they just don't want to work and refuse to take a running order though they are inside. but the best part is when they go there in the evening, and they refuse to hire their order on the trip thru, if there is no line, although they sit there for 10 minutes, they leave - but as they leave, they like to take the order of the car behind them. either they're closed or they're not. but at least they say something on the microphone because there are people. Stop ignoring people and picking who you help in the evening and that was a common problem at this place for a long time. When they are closed, they say it through the microphone. but don't let me sit there for 10 minutes and then command the cars behind me when I go and this experience wasn't even something. I went once because no one my order, in the drive thru about 18 o'clock, went to dunkin and on the way back to home I noticed that the drive thru line is filled and they took orders again. I waited 10 minutes for someone to pick up my order before I left. this is not the quality of the service dieucks also holds and I have worked for this company. they should be ashamed. corporate must enter and clean house.

Slooooooooooooooooooooooooowwwwwww service! Really slow. 5 cars in front of me. Over 35 minutes. Thinking everyone must have huge orders. Nope. 1 drink each. I get a coffee....pull up and its over 3 minutes to hand me a coffee. Zero customers inside. Normally ill get off my butt, park and walk in. Recommend doing that here.

Never seem to be open Online hours by far are not accurate.

Possibly one of the worst Starbucks in the area (also the only one close to the city of Lorain).Seems most of the baristas have their own way of making drinks, very inconsistent on coffee/drinks tasting the same from day to day.The hours of operation are also seemingly loosely based on how management feels that day. It might close at 2, 5 or the posted time of 8 p.m.Seriously go to Starbucks located inside of Target just a few minutes away in Amherst.

The manager was super loud and yelling at employees across the shop and had no consideration for the multiple customers inside. The manager was also interviewing someone and was make the super sweet interviewee feel bad because she was homeschooled. An awful experience.Also the floor was SUPER DIRTY AND THERE WERE TONS OF EMPLOYEES STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING INCLUDING THE MANAGER.
