I really enjoy visiting this Dunkin' because the staff works exceptionally well together to keep orders organized and efficiently manage the long line of cars.... read more I really enjoy visiting this Dunkin' because the staff works exceptionally well together to keep orders organized and efficiently manage the long line of cars. However, the location is definitely its biggest drawback. It has always been a tricky spot with limited space for vehicles, especially during peak times, which often leads to traffic on the road. The situation has improved since they've implemented a smoother flow when one entrance is blocked, but I wish they had found a better way over the years to accommodate the high volume of drive-thru customers during busy periods. Maybe a redesigned drive-thru could help? Despite this minor inconvenience and the potential for accidents due to distracted drivers, I still love treating my family here every now and then before school and work!

In fact, I'd say this parking lot could easily be one of the top 10 most accident-prone areas in Lorain—it's that concerning.
