Whenever we go through the drive-thru, the fries are always soggy. We have had multiple times where we barely received any queso and I mean you could see the bo... read more Whenever we go through the drive-thru, the fries are always soggy. We have had multiple times where we barely received any queso and I mean you could see the bottom of the container. The sandwich consistency has been hit or miss. At one point we waited nearly 40 mins and it wasn't even busy till finally they came to our car and acknowledged they forgot about us.

She explained that it was for the substitution, but I thought I had already been charged for that.

So I never go to chick-fil-a so I figured I try it I pull in to the new amherst location and ask for a menu the girl was very nice and showed me I ordered a gri... read more So I never go to chick-fil-a so I figured I try it I pull in to the new amherst location and ask for a menu the girl was very nice and showed me I ordered a grilled bacon sandwich and asked do you make this with crispy chicken too and she said she cansubstitute the chicken I said yes plz 2 bacon sandwiches one crispy and one grilled so I pull up a manager comes out and saysit's a 2 dollar up charge I said for what she said for the substitute I said I thought she charged me at the beginning and shewas clear we were substituting what's the charge for she said she didn't substitute right I'm like well its just differentchicken right she says well what do you want I said my food then she stormed off so I wait 5 mins for a runner to grab my bag Iwatched her throw on the counter I checked my food one sandwich was right second one was just a piece of meat on a bun so Icatch the runner tell him and he acts like he don't kno what to do all while looking back to see if his Manger is was watchingtelling me I don't kno what to do I kindly said do better and please tell your manager the same and left because I knew it wasgoing no where

My boyfriend said his chicken had some blood leaking out onto the wrapper. He did not inform me of this till the next day. Also I was not aware the drink did not comewith the meal combo. Very disappointed I spent over $30 on food that was not filling and undercooked.
