An employee even roamed the dining area, handing out paper crowns and activities for the kids, which was a nice touch that's uncommon in fast food. After placing our order and sitting down, our food was quickly brought to us. Overall, it was a very enjoyable visit.

They offer excellent chicken nuggets, whether you prefer them breaded or grilled, and their service is efficient, allowing you to get in and out quickly. I rated them slightly lower on atmosphere, but let's be honest—it's a fast food restaurant. One unique aspect is that they remain closed on Sundays. This could be seen as a positive, since it gives employees a day off for the Sabbath, or it might come across as somewhat outdated. Personally, I prefer to view it as a nice gesture.

So I never go to chick-fil-a so I figured I try it I pull in to the new amherst location and ask for a menu the girl was very nice and showed me I ordered a gri... read more So I never go to chick-fil-a so I figured I try it I pull in to the new amherst location and ask for a menu the girl was very nice and showed me I ordered a grilled bacon sandwich and asked do you make this with crispy chicken too and she said she cansubstitute the chicken I said yes plz 2 bacon sandwiches one crispy and one grilled so I pull up a manager comes out and saysit's a 2 dollar up charge I said for what she said for the substitute I said I thought she charged me at the beginning and shewas clear we were substituting what's the charge for she said she didn't substitute right I'm like well its just differentchicken right she says well what do you want I said my food then she stormed off so I wait 5 mins for a runner to grab my bag Iwatched her throw on the counter I checked my food one sandwich was right second one was just a piece of meat on a bun so Icatch the runner tell him and he acts like he don't kno what to do all while looking back to see if his Manger is was watchingtelling me I don't kno what to do I kindly said do better and please tell your manager the same and left because I knew it wasgoing no where
