Located in the charming town of Loomis, this bistro is absolutely stunning, with fantastic music and ambiance. The food is top-notch - the rib eye was the best we have ever had, and we enjoyed plenty of laughter throughout our meal. The staff is also exceptional, with our server Joe being knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Jake was also very welcoming. I cannot recommend this place enough - it is a must-try! What User doesn't like about Reds' Bistro:
The burgers at this restaurant were overcooked and limp fries were disappointing. I hope to find a place where they can cook a burger to medium doneness. I am currently staying at the Highway House in Jackson. View all feedback.
I had a wonderful lunch, service was great, staff and I enjoyed everything. fun time
I don't usually write reviews, but...Holy bejeezus! The Croque Madame for Saturday brunch!!I've eaten at many great restaurants, but that Croque Madame was one of the best things I've ever eaten. It literally could not have been any more perfect.Crisp toast. Perfect ham. Delicious gruyere. Flawless bechamel. And an egg to match.I'd drive 3 hours just to have that dish again. On the less great side, my wife's omelet was dry and somewhat uninspired. But 3/5 stars for the omelet and 7/5 stars for the Croque Madame still averages to 5 stars!
My lady and I recently took a friend to Red's Bistro. This was the first time we had been there. Our plan was a few hors d'oeuvres and wine. The food was so good, we just kept ordering other dishes to try. The atmosphere is casual classy, and the service was fantastic. We were well taken care of throughout our stay. Frank Family Cabernet Sauvignon was my drink of choice. Our meals consisted of Pan Seared Scallops, Oysters on The Half Shell, Grilled Turnips, Pomme Frites (with truffle oil), a Charcuterie Cheese Board, Mac Cheese and House Sourdough. For dessert we enjoyed Vanilla Crème Brûlée. Prices were reasonable for the quality of food served. We also saved a few dollars by arriving during happy hour,
The Food is delicious, authentic and homemade. The atmosphere is classy and elegant. Staff make you comfortable and at home. Definitely a great date night spot!
Great food and their chef Cade is really personable. The mac and cheese was off the hook.
