Papa John's Loogootee

Hubby and I order regularly. it's always different. the only reason we order from there is for delivery. tonight was nothing else. we ordered from there and the first bite we looked at. as why.

Only been once so far but everything was was exactly as ordered. Friendly and polite staff

I ordered 3 pizzas, which the worker repeated back to me. However, when the order was delivered, I only received 1 pizza. I informed the driver that I was missing 2 more pizzas, and he returned with only one additional pizza. I mentioned that I was still missing one more pizza, so he said he would call the manager and reorder it, but he never did. After waiting for a while with no resolution, I called the manager, who claimed that only 2 pizzas were on order and that there was nothing he could do. He was unhelpful and dismissive, stating it was my word against theirs and offering no attempt to rectify the mistake. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had, and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Papa John's has always had the best pizza, but let me tell you, you'll love this place too.

Every time we have pizza, it is fantastic! But there was a disaster when we tried to order something else. I ordered the poppers twice now, buffalo for my partner and honey chipotle for me. The first time, we were given wings with hardly any sauce on them. The second time, my honey chipotle wings had barely any sauce on them. Maybe we are too picky. While my partner's wings had plenty of sauce, mine were nearly dry. I think I will skip them from now on. I also ordered a buffalo papadia with our last order and once again, there was so much buffalo sauce that it was messy and fell apart easily. I had to eat it with a fork. Besides the disappointing poppers, everything tastes great. We will definitely be coming back for the pizza and breadsticks.
