Black Swan - Looe

I dined here tonight, July 4th, 2022, and it was absolutely fantastic! They even allowed us to bring in our German Shepherd dog without any issues. The service provided by Alison and her team was great and very friendly. The meal we ordered was amazing—definitely the best we've had in Looe this week. The restrooms were very clean and well-maintained. Many thanks!

We had dinner on the last night of our holiday, and it was the perfect way to wrap up our trip. At first, we were the only customers in the restaurant, but more people arrived after we started eating. The menu offered a great selection of dishes, and we both opted for the loaded fries, which were absolutely delicious and served in generous portions. The music playing was right up our alley, and thankfully for the staff, we didn’t start singing along! (It was British Indie/Rock.) If we find ourselves in Looe again, we will definitely come back!

The staff here is exceptionally beautiful, and the service is excellent. The food is delicious, and the decor is warm and cozy, with comfortable seating and clean restrooms, including a baby changing station. The prices are reasonable, and the menu features main dishes and light snacks. There’s also a children's menu available. You can choose from a variety of coffees and other hot drinks—perfect for warming up after a cold walk by the sea. I highly recommend the well-made black swan!

One of the best pub menus I've had for a long time. they were short on the staff, but they wouldn't know! service was exceptional and the food was delicious, fresh and well cooked.

At first, we felt the place looked a bit cold. The decor is missing a bit of warmth, but we thought we would give it a try. The lady at the bar was lovely and welcoming and so efficient. The food was excellent. Compliments to the chef. Within half an hour the place was full and added the atmosphere that the pub needed with lots of happy guests and delicious food. A loved place we could tell well done the Swan. Bit of warm colour like yellow perhaps would lift that first impression.
