I was visiting friends in Belgium and they brought me to this restaurant in Longwy. We had 8 courses over 5 hours and wine paired by Chef. The food was excellent using mainly locally sourced ingredients. I think as much as the food the experience was that of Chef attending as the waiter and discussing in detail the food and ingredients.
