Service is mixed. They will take more than one coupon. They mostly are usually friendly but once in awhile u will get that one person who let's u know through their attitude they don't want to be there, while hating u that u are there. I onky do drive thru so that's all I can speak on. The fries are alway fresh as well. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
The drive-thru service was slow and disorganized, taking over 15 minutes and resulting in my order being completely wrong. While some Wendy's locations handle mobile orders well, this one unfortunately did not. The cashier was friendly and apologetic, but my spicy chicken sandwich was prepared incorrectly (without mayo) despite my specific request in the mobile order. I recently visited this restaurant and was impressed by its new, clean, and quiet ambiance. Since there were no other customers, our order arrived quickly. We decided on baked potatoes and drinks, but were disappointed to find that the potatoes were only warm. The staff reheated them in the microwave, which was okay, but the shredded cheese was melted all over the container, which wasn't to my liking. On a positive note, I enjoyed the new digital soda machine, which offered a wide selection of regular and diet sodas. Overall, it was a decent experience.
My barbershop is only a 5-minute walk away, and I love coming here for lunch. The food is always delicious and the service is top-notch. The atmosphere is welcoming and full of good vibes. We look forward to seeing you here - walk-ins are always welcome!

I've stopped going there. Between them getting the orders wrong. A lack of adequate service and the overall lack of cleanliness. I've been a wendy's regular for I don't know how many years it's sadness me to have to leave but it is not worth what I pay.Wheelchair accessibility: Bad entry ramp. Saw an elderly woman fall add bloodied her forehead.
I dined at this restaurant and unfortunately, the food was served cold. I only managed to eat a portion of it before getting sick. I contacted the corporate office for help but was given the runaround. When I tried calling the store, there was no answer. I attempted to email the corporate office, but since I hadn't received a receipt, I didn't have the store's contact number. When I reached out to another Wendy's location for assistance, they were also unable to help me.
