I enjoyed the food and like others have commented: customer service could use some coaching and training every time they have a turn around in servers. Maybe the owners for management are not so up to par with people skills either. Overall on a scale 1 to 10 I would give them a 7

Great place!. This is my favorite restaurant in town. Annie and her husband are two of the nicest people you've ever met and are big owners. They are always so courteous and attentive. I've been here for years and always had a wonderful service and great food. I tried other Chinese restaurants in the city and this is definitely my favorite. I would suggest that every New Moon is trying.

New Moon Chinese Restaurant. This is a great Chinese restaurant. Food is excellent, service is great and the owners are very friendly.

Quirky Restaurant, Great Food. From the outside it looks like an old Mexican Restuarant, from the inside, it looks like they should be served tropical cuisine, but New Moon Chinese will not disappoint. They're our gothic place for Chinese in the area. The hot and acid soup is one of our favorites, and all their food is fresh, hot and tasty. It could not be the glamorous 'Chinese Restaurant' feeling of some of the other places in the area, but it is still one of the best Chinese restaurants in the city.

Good Food. Good food, Great service! The owners are such sweet people and are just happy you're there and the food is fantastic! Everything is fairly priced as well.
