On few occasions have I gone to a restaurant and had no expectations and then end up with such a subpar experience that now that yelp exists I feel it is my
Good ambiance, nice terrasse. Service was good and not obstructive. Had a pasta gigi and they were very good. Had also an apetizer; fried zuchinis which were good but too greasy for my taste. All and all, its a good place to go, bring your own wine, relaxe and not stress ambiance, but some sparkle and wow were missing in the plates. Son if you pass by, sure. If you want to make a detour, hmmm, there is lot of other options available.
The food at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. My husband and I both agree that it was the worst meal we've ever had. I am shocked that this place is still in business. We visited on August 9th and ordered a prawn dish from their supposed "prawn festival menu" and a seafood pasta. Both dishes were disgusting. The prawns tasted like plastic, the potatoes were burnt, and the vegetables were sad. The seafood pasta was flavorless, with frozen shrimp, tasteless scallops, and plastic prawns. So bland! Save your money and avoid this restaurant at all costs. It was a complete waste of money.
Hello. On the menu on this website it mentions "fresh lobster". We are in the lobster season; I call to reserve and ask if there is fresh lobster, and I am told "yes". Once there, there is no fresh lobster!!! We still stayed. This restaurant is very noisy (tin ceiling). Not the place for a romantic dinner. The waitress was very nice and professional. 1 hour and 15 minutes for the starter salad! 1 hour and 30 minutes for the meal!! No complaints about the dish; it was delicious. Fortunately. Probably because it was a Saturday but that's not an excuse. The restaurant should be full when the staff is overwhelmed. High bill for a "Bring Your Own Wine" restaurant.
