I have had consistent issues with this restaurant. Whether ordering in person or online, receiving decent service or food is a hit or miss. One time, we waited three hours only to be told by a rude employee that their delivery driver had been arrested for speeding. Another time, we never received our order despite already paying for it. It's time for this place to shut down and stop wasting people's time and money. The employees clearly hate working there, and customers dread going there. There is no hope for improvement. This is the worst KFC I have ever been to.
I ordered a 12-piece meal from this restaurant, but when I got home, I found only 9 pieces in the box. The fries were undercooked and the chicken popcorn tasted stale, like it had been made the day before. The food was cold. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
My husband and I ordered two combos of the Super Cross with a poutine and a side of fries with sauce instead. Unfortunately, our sandwiches were cold when we received them. Additionally, when our poutine order came without sauce, we asked for a little more and the manager gave the cashier a hard time, making us feel uncomfortable. Despite our sandwiches also missing salad and being cold, we decided not to cause any more trouble. Overall, we were not impressed, especially considering we have experience in the fast food industry from a manager's perspective.
I'm not a huge fan of KFC really We get it twice a year - my kids like a bucket on their birthdays (classy, huh).?
